Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Room was dirty. Floors were filthy and had dirt everywhere. Bugs inside of the room. Shower looked like something out of a low budget horror film. The outside looked nice, but once you walked inside the room it was a completely different experience. Front desk wasn’t helpful and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for having an issue with the way my room looked. Plus they overbooked the hotel and the room I reserved months in advance wasn’t available. Plus save yourself the trouble and headaches and avoid this place. Luckily I got a room close by and was able to drive 10 minutes away for a better hotel. I got lucky and still had enough time to shower and relax before heading to a concert at Six Flags Darien Lake.

I booked this place for a quick one-nighter. If you just need a room, it should do the job. I will say: the staff could use a lesson in just general friendliness. The front desk hardly showed any emotion. At one point, they left the front desk completely deserted for about 10 mins, and a bunch of people showed up and waited in line with NO SIGN of anyone. Never leave the front desk empty. Also, I booked with 'Breakfast Included" but, of course, the "oven was not working" so forget any hot breakfast. The ONE DAY I book and this happens? Also, there was a sauna. It was in a general open area, but yep, that wasn't "ON" or in optimal mode either. At the end of the day, if you just need a room, it's a big and interested place. But don't expect to find "stellar" staff or even get a smile. The people working there - at least the front desk - seemed like they hate their job. LOL. But whatever, they gave me my key and that's all I needed. Plus, free parking. Overall, the place was a 3/5 and did the job, but the staff? Meh.
