'Staff was awesome! We called ahead to let them know we were traveling with a truck and 5th wheel. Staff was awesome and made sure we had a place to park. Plus a truck and boat next to us. So very nice. What a great clean and nice place to stay!!'

'The hotel is still under renovation but our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There were lots of breakfast choices. This hotel is right off the interstate, very convenient.'

'Front desk staff had an infant with her and was unable to fix or stop an alarm sensor from making noise all night. Room had a smoke odor, no microwave, tv broken, ceiling and walls had major pieces of ceiling missing Sink and faucets were loose and in need of maintenance. Only 1 towel. Washrooms next to front desk were disgusting. Was not a pleasant experience'

'Hotel was overbooked and our suite reservation was changed to adjoining rooms, which was not a problem for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Kind of sad. Place needs an overhaul. Unfriendly check in. No breakfast. Derelict pool and area around it. Clean the place up. If you are not going to have a functioning clean pool, fill it in and make it look there was never a pool. Get rid of all the broken chairs and trash. You might be able to raise your rates eventially '

'The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly and professional. The general manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with a change in my reservation. The property was well lit and I felt safe coming in and out after dark. The lobby area and entrance was welcoming. The room was clean and just as described. I will definitely stay at this property again.'

'The staff was nice and check in was quick, however, when I got to the room, the fridge was dirty with previous guest’s stuff, the TV didn’t work, and the main light switch didn’t work. Other than that, the beds and bathroom were clean, and we were able to sleep comfortably. '

'When I arrived at the hotel no one was in the office and it was locked. I had to bang on the window and wait some time to be helped. After I finally got my room, it was in very poor condition overall, worst of all the dead-bolt didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. Terrible experience.'

'Parking is easy, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.'

'The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!'
