'We had bugs (cockroaches) in our room, there was mold and mildew in the shower, the sink plug got stuck closed, the light by the door didn't work, the guests next to us were loud till midnight and someone was smoking pot in the room next to us and outside.'

'The property itself was great, the hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.'

'Anything beat the quality Inn and this comfort in surpassed my expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me into a room for only $64 a night pretty quickly not bad it’s clean. It’s in a pretty decent area lots of shopping.
