'Everything was perfect, with one complaint…the bed was hard. If you like a soft Bed these are more on the firm side. Other than that for the price vs quality it’s. 10/10. Breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights and the breakfast wasn’t exactly the same the second morning as the first so a little Variety was good. Day one was omelettes with sliced sausage and roasted potatoes. 'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '

'We've stayed at this hotel several times and it has declined since our last stay. There was a terrible odor down the hallway on the second floor and in our room. I think it was the carpet. Hair in the tub and bathroom floor. Mattress lumpy and needed replaced. Pillows were in bad shape too. Staff is great and you cannot beat the location ! So sad to see this hotel be neglected.
