'Very good lication, carpark and near the beach. Some away from restaurants but these are within 1 mile circa. '

'I think this was our 4th time staying here when we visited the beach. It’s a 10 min drive to the pier, and has easy parking. Some rooms are better than others. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Walking distance to Walmart, in n out, weinerschnitzel and a few other good spots that are nice to have so close after a long day at the beach.'

'We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub a treat. Breakfast excellent and thanks to the nice staff member who made us our waffles. Definitely will stay again.'

'Clean very large spacious room however there was a missing door for the bathroom so showering caused a big mess with water. I cleaned up best I could but you could tell it's been like this for a while since the floor boards would creak when you stepped on them. Location was very walkable. Parking was limited.'

'If you’re like me and you prefer boutique hotels over big brands, this place delivers. Plenty of character adds to the appeal. Small room but the patio really extends your living space and was private. I was disappointed to learn that the restaurant/bar were not yet open under the new ownership. I probably would have booked it anyway for the charm and the location. Just up the beach from Dana Point and convenient to local coffee shops and stores within a mile.'

'The room was very tight and the shower flooded the drain was dirty. Also there was not enough parking for property occupancy. The swing front desk young lady was polite but the day shift young lady upon arrival was not very welcoming as she seen us and stepped into the back. I wouldn’t stay here again.'

'Not A hotel for long stays, we stayed one night and that was fine. The room could use a little more cleaning. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking.'

'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '
