« Check in and check out were easy. The owner was easy to communicate with. The place was within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and comfortable. »

« We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« Very happy! The house is clean, spacious, very well appointed, and comfortable. It's very close to everything, including Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The owner is friendly and even bought us half and half for our morning coffee! We will be back!! »

« Cottage très propre et bien confortable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Une vue fabuleuse sur le fleuve, une plage privée, un calme absolu, des balbuzards pêcheurs comme spectacle journalier.... Seuls points négatifs: salle de bain/ toilette vraiment petite, par contre fonctionnant très bien. Et les lits faisaient 130 cm de large( après vérification!)... Un peu étroit pour des couples. Malgré cela, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, vraiment ressourçante et dépaysante! »

« The house is very nice and conveniently located near nice walking along the York river and a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg. The owner was very quick to address a minor issue we had. Would highly recommend this house if visiting the area. »
