Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We have stayed at the Patriots Inn several times and have always enjoyed our stays. The rooms are more like small apartments than hotel rooms. Even the one bedroom unit has two bathrooms, which we really appreciate. We find the rooms to be clean and nice. The only issues we had with our latest stay was that there was evidence of a leak in the corner of the living room ceiling and the thermostats on the HVAC units did not operate consistently.
The evidence of the water leak was in the corner of the ceiling near the outer wall. We were in a top floor unit, so it couldn’t have been a leak from a room above, but perhaps a roof leak or a leak in the fire suppression system. I do not touch the spot in the ceiling, so I don’t know if it was wet or just left over from a previous issue, but it did concern us about the possibility of mold in the area above the ceiling. Since we do not notice the discolored area in the ceiling until we had been in the unit several days (and didn’t feel like moving), we did not ask for another room. We were still happy with our stay and will definitely stay again in the future.
