'I would like to pay attention to two things. Firstly, their front desk isn’t working 24/7, it closes at 11pm - if you don’t manage to check in before, it’s really gonna be hard to do so. Secondly, if you plan an early check-out, the breakfast doesn’t start until 9am. I think it’s just helpful to know it before booking. Other than that, it’s a decent deal for one-two nights stay.'

'We expected more from this stay of 1 night. The lady at the reception,Genesis, was very friendlyOur room was room 1305. There's a gap under the door so you can here noise from the corridor very well..We got a free bottle of cava and a platter of fruits!Unfortunately the cava was not cold and the mini-bar was not working well... The toilet was leaking,we found the bathroom very small. We did not like the bed,the frame was bigger than the mattress.So getting out of the bed is not...

'The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. '

'The swimming pool was spotless and there were always enough sun loungers available. The local food in the hotel restaurants was fresh and full of authentic flavors. The gym was a bit small.'

'ELECTRICITY COSTS YOU EXTRA!! NOT IN THE LISTED PRICE. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2.5 baths. Parking on site. Narrow road to get there. I booked a ocean view room but it was definitely a partial view. The dont remove the sargassum from the beach like other places do. So dont expect to go in the ocean there. Property needs updating, broken lighting all around'

'The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. '

'Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.'
