'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care.
Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. Upon checking in in the afternoon,...

'Only two lights in my entire room worked and neither was large. The WiFi was nearly unusable in the room and the taxi service recommended was a no show for the first driver and I was late to an event.
Staff was responsive and did their best.
For the cost not worth it.'

'No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was beautiful, equipped with all the facilities we could possibly need. On top of that, the view was absolutely fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy.'

'This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. '
