'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care.

'The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. We asked about breakfast the first day at check in. We were told a whole bunch of times and asked again about just the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was in the 9th floor from 6-1030 on the weekends and 6-930 on the week days. We were also told if we missed it we could let the restaurant staff know and they would take care of it for us. 'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was beautiful, equipped with all the facilities we could possibly need. On top of that, the view was absolutely fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy.'

'No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.'

'This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. '
