'We enjoyed our stay and thought the property was lovely and cozy. The only inconveniences we experienced were trouble with the garage door which we had to manually open and close due to the the motor not working. The kitchen fan did not turn in at all not did the light and in the downstairs bathroom the toilet was loose and I found old used bandaids by the shower window. '

'Just a quick trip out of town to get away. Rare May snowstorm hit, but was a great stay. Accommodations and staff were all top notch.'

'We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

'I booked a room with queen room with sofa bed. I’m not sure if there was an error because we ended up in a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and balcony and access to a ski locker on the 1st floor. They let us check in early which was amazing since the ski resort was almost entirely on a weather/wind hold. We only stayed one night and we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage after checkout, making it very convenient given 26” of powder and partially blue skies...

'We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. '

'Mostly everything was ok except they did not told us that they were gonna be working on the streets so we didn’t had water for the first 2 nights and that was an issue. We didn’t have a iron in the house. '
