« Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there. Also, the gas fireplaces churns out the heat on a cold day for sure...

« Outside of the property is in real need of maintenance. The entry was dark and the keyless entry was temperamental. The property manager had not given us a phone contact number so it was a rough start. Downstairs was well furnished. The location on the golf course is beautiful. HOWEVER - this was the first vacation rental I’ve EVER had to empty the clothes dryer and dishwasher from the previous guests before we could use them!! I would have vacuumed the main bedroom if there was one....
