Comfortable bottom-floor vacation rental unit at St. Francis Lakeside condominiums. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room flowing together for a great entertaining space make this unit easy to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. Summer guest can use the simple patio area to enjoy the outdoors. Winter guests can cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The two guest bedrooms each have two Twin beds. They share a common bathroom in just down the hallway. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own large private bathroom. There is also wifi access in the unit for your communication needs. The Homeowner association indoor hot tub is open during the winter months and the development also has a swimming pool, beach, pier, tennis court, clubhouse, volleyball court and various picnic facilities. It is located on the lake adjacent to public boat launch and a public park with a children’s playground, field and baseball diamond. The public bike path system takes you to into Tahoe City, which is a short ride or walk. There are several hiking paths to enjoy close by. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA are a convenient drive down the road.

The indoor spa is open in the winter months - Closes 4/1/2025. The outdoor spa will open seasonally with the pool(Memorial Day).

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.
