'Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!'

'We really enjoyed our week at Tree tops hotel. Stunning view with the sunrise outside the window. Audre and the stuff are super helpful, professional. The housekeeping was impeccable. Location is also very good, a short walk away from the noisiest bars. We were never disturbed bud we had everything a short walk away. Bicycles are also free to borrow since this is the best way getting around the island.'

The staff was super from the shuttle service, reception, and wait staff to the maintenance, it was all fantastic. The only complaint was on the island itself. The roads were terrible and they need to be maintained. '
