Great location, close to metro and shops. Next to shanghai tower and oriental pearl tower.

A beatifull view and a stunning location with the best view we have ever had. Also the breakfast and the room was very good. Also a metrostation nearby and close to the most beatifull sightseeings in Shanghai.

I like the decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel. It is not a cheap hotel of course so you may expect a certain "standard". Staff was very friendly (in restaurant, reception, at the front door) except the staff at the spa and swimmingpool at the fourth floor. They were really unkind when we only want to take a look at the first day of our stay. It made us choose another spa outside of the hotel ! At my last day (after 5 days) I already checked out but I had to wait a few more hours because my flight was late that night. I decided to go to the swimmingpool but again they were unkind and unwilling to help me find the entrance to the pool. This should not be possible in a hotel with this 5 star quality. But it was an incident. Rest of the staff is helpfull and friendly. I would certainly recommand this hotel but only not the spa.
