We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

To expensive for what you get.
"We went to this hotel because other decent onions where not available. Relay a nice hotel, if you have too much money to spent. The extra taxes that were not included so an extra 40 dollar a night. Breakfast is 55 dollar for 2 people. One boot for some shade near the pool 50 dollar a day. People ..."

"Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting."
