What a great experience! Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds. Also the bathroom and shower was spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a large closet for luggage storage. Although we hadn't specifically booked a sea-view room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive one with a partial view, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The resort offers excellent facilities, including multiple swimming pools, a spa, and a gym. One unique experience on the beach was applying mud from the Dead Sea—definitely a fun and memorable activity. The food was consistently good and varied. While the buffet wasn’t enormous, it provided plenty of options. However, one morning there was no buffet, and instead, we were served an assortment of pastries, followed later by a large amount of additional food. Since we weren’t very hungry that morning, we felt bad about the waste. A buffet setup would be preferable, allowing guests to choose according to their appetite. The only minor downside was that many staff members repeatedly asked us to leave a review. While I don’t mind doing so once or twice, being asked multiple times became slightly bothersome. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this resort!
