We spent our honeymoon at Blue Diamond and could not have made a better choice. The food is incredible, the property is beautiful, the wildlife is entertaining, and the staff are absolutely amazing. We felt like royalty, and also like family at this resort. We are not usually all-inclusive vacationers, but this may have converted us. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average.
Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.
