We booked the deluxe room a day before arrival. The room was described a newly renovated with airco, two queen beds. We called the hotel that we would arrive later then planned and after the checking hours. This was not a problem. At arrival we didn't get the room we booked, because the airco was not working in the room we booked. I mentioned the difference in quality in the rooms at the reception desk and we were offered a great solution. Because there were no similar rooms available as the one we booked, we were offered the mansion. This was a great solution and we enjoyed every part of our stay. For breakfast there were three options, but we could make adjustments to our liking. Damian was a great host and made our experience priceless. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the Manuel Antonio park
