'J’ai apprécié la vue sur le lac et la tranquillité de la rue. C’est dispendieux pour la qualité. Si c’était moins chère ça pourrait aller… Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, pas de salle de bain privée, 3 chiens qui jappent et font caca et autres détritus étranges dans la cuisine… frigo et tapis pas très propres dans la chambre. Une chance qu’il y a la vue…'

'I like the hotel overall. My problem was the very smelly shower curtain, it reeked of mildew so badly, before even entering the tiny bathroom one could smell it. Also your plumbing sucked. Every shower the water built up to your ankles, and the sink is also having slow draining issues. My room looked right at the parking lot, but that’s fine, better luck next time, even thought I feel the website could have indicated so. We ate are your restaurant twice, amazing food, service and ambient....

'The room was not clean, dirty walls and chairs, ice machine broken, hot tub broken. Musty had a kitchenette with no utensils or cooking pots.'

'This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!'
