'Everything was good other than front desk girl heating up food & setting a microwave on fire at 3am setting of fire alarms and disrupting everyone in hotel to go outside and wait for fire trucks to arrive. That's a first for me and hopefully the last. I'm glad it was nothing serious but scary all the same to be woke up in the dark by blaring fire alarms. '

'Flexible check-in and great accommodation for the value with all needed amenities, room was clean and nice location near the beach and South Okanagan Events Center. '

'We had a very nice stay, staff is nice and forthcoming. The rooms are very nice with attention for detail, beds were good. Breakfast was really good and fresh. We also had a good wine tasting the night before. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by our need to get out of the smoke due to the wildfire in Kelowna. '

'Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. '
