'We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends.'

From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool. 'This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. '

'We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

"Het hotel is modern ingericht met grote kamers alsmede extra faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een spa. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. "
