'You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet...

'It’s not bad, it’s dated and looks like it’s being worked on. Staff is nice but there’s an older person that seems short on patience. It may just be her communication style. The hot tub was good and the pool was fun. There was a bloody finger print and blood around the shower. All in all good.'

'We stayed in Kumbya Airstream and it was very clean. We had a smores kit waiting for us on the dining table! Nice surprise. The bbq had fuel but wouldn't ignite and had dirty rusty grates. The location is awesome right across the street from the ocean and Pelican Brewing which has amazing clam chowder. '

'Couldn’t get in the door with code. Had to go back and get the key. Glad it wasn’t raining. The tv in the living area wouldn’t work (stuck on hdmi with no remote for changing) Bed was great tho. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs upgraded and just prettied up. Oh and bring your own tp, that stuff was horrible '
