Great house for the money. Spacious and accommodating for the 7 of us. Bunk beds for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Gracious hosts. Have rented from owners before. Will do again!

We had a great stay here. Very pet friendly too. The house is very nice and has historical charm. The house was clean and it is close to restaurants if you want to go out to eat, or doordash food. Great place to stay!

The property was very clean. The beds were absolutely awesome. The owner was very responsive and even after working all day long he was available to help me with an issue after my husband went back home. Would love to stay there again.

The house was immaculate. Convenient to downtown Wilmington. Plenty of parking too. I highly recommend this house if you need access to Wilmington downtown. It’s really a great place

The house inside and out was very clean. The house was not advertised correctly. On the VRBO site, it states 3 Bathrooms when it only had 2 Bathrooms. With 5 Adults, it was very inconvenient. Our main concern, is that the front door code does not change from renter to renter. The house access code is in the House Info book. All renters have the same code.There were no closet rods in 2 bedrooms and made it difficult to hang our clothes.

Awesome place

This property is great for families! We had 3 adults and a toddler, and we had plenty of room. Comes fully equipped and has smart TVs for entertainment. The location is great. Only downside is having to get all the laundry done (in the dryer) before leaving-- but the machines are large and quick so it ended up not taking a ton of time. Definitely will be staying again!

Family Wedding in Wilmington

We were coming from Pennsylvania for a family wedding. We arrived a little early the day if our checkin. The owner allowed us to check in a little early which was great. We loved that the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We have no complaints at all. We really enjoyed staying at this property and would strongly consider staying here again when visiting family in the area. We recommend this place to others!

Communicating with Brandon was easy with fast responses. The door was unlocked upon check inThe rugs had an animal odor. The cleaners missed several items in the kitchen including lids and microwave. The bathroom off of the laundry room was not cleaned at all. There was no toilet paper stocked in the bathrooms. The beds did have clean linens, that was the only thing that kept us from packing up our belongings and going to a hotel. I text Brandon my concerns and comments and the cleaning lady came back over at 9pm. My children were in bed and we had already eaten, so we turned her away. We expected the house to look like the pictures shown, and it did not. Negative overall experience... do not recommend staying here if you want a clean and comfortable house.

We found used wet towels hanging in one closet, we found a dirty sock under the love seat. When time to leave we were not able to do laundry for 2 reasons, 1 there was no laundry detergent. 2 there was a load of old wet stuff left in the washing machine. Other than those issues the house itself was okay. It was not as nice of a house as the house we stayed in last year when in Wilmington.

My Vacation Stay.

The rental property was beautiful. The property owner was very nice helpful and respectful to our needs. Just had an issue with the house being cleaned and there were too many ants infestation and roaches infestation. It would have been a great vacation, but I couldn't enjoy myself because of that. -Ellen Love
