'Hotel was clean with everything in working order. Security on all of the doors is a bit tight, requiring card access every time, which is inconvenient but keeps the building secure. My room was clean where everything (mini fridge, shower, TV, beds, toilet) were in working order. No major issues. Coffee machines and breakfast buffet never ran out and were available as advertised.
Only downsides were the lack of any parking lot (nearby parking garages are a bit expensive) and the breakfast they...

'I woke up at 7:00 AM to a dog barking nonstop. I tried to be patient and allow time for the situation to be handled, but after an hour of continuous barking, I contacted the front desk to report the issue, especially since this is a no-pets hotel. After waiting without resolution, I called again around 8:30 AM. At that point, staff finally came upstairs and addressed the situation'

'A very nice place outside the airport to spend a night before continuing on your trip. The property is probably very new as everything looks extremely clean. The bathroom looks brand new with a very nice showerhead. The hotel was quiet even though we were on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. I recommend this property.'

'Called hotel from the airport around 10:30pm to order the free shuttle. No answer - tried several times and just rang out. Ended up getting an Uber. Arrived around 11pm. Customer service from the front desk was virtually non existent, so was not surprised nobody picked up the phone when I called. Was asked if I needed the shuttle in the morning but was then told all the early shuttles were already fully booked. The room itself was fine other than very poor water pressure from the bathroom sink...

'It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.'

'The property is clean and it smelled amazing like super fresh open bar and restaurant… I love that the pool was also indoors.
You’re in walking distance literally right outside the building of a few restaurants even a 7-11 the only bad thing was our toilet flooded. And took maintenance forever to come. But that’s minor. You’re gonna definitely enjoy your stay 10/10 I will stay again lol.'
