'The place is not very friendly. The customer service at reception pathetic no greetings, not helpful at all. He directly asked for my CVC code which I understand however he didn’t care to explain the terms at all. The place is under construction where sounds are so loud. We called and asked for a knife to have some fruits the men said he will arrange, after waiting for a while we went down to ask him he said the housekeeping had gone out and will bring it to us when he is back. 'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
