'Dagelijks vroeg het personeel naar je dagbesteding en gaf tips en routes aan. Het ontbijt was keurig verzorgd en genoeg keuze. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuw beddengoed en handdoeken.
De kamer was echt in de sfeer van Venetië, romantisch met veel pracht en praal. Alleen het uitzicht was een minpuntje. We keken tegen een binnenmuur aan, maar hebben dit niet als hinderlijk ervaren.'
'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'
'We enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t far from the train station and the location was quiet and nice. There a cafe’s right outside of the door. Make sure you email the staff of the time you plan to arrive. I didn’t and had to scramble to get the info needed to get into the property. They responded quickly and we were able to get in right away with their help. '
'Property that is not to far from the metro station. Very clean and nice room, only thing that scared us was the mask that was on the wall but that is a general theme in Venice. Lady at the desk of arrival was very nice and helped us with some good food spots also the airconditioning worked very good in the room'

'Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! 'Dit is een boutiquehotel in een rustig deel van Venetie. Om de hoek bijna is een heel gezellig plein met veel restaurantjes. Het hotel is gevestigd in een oud paleis, wat je nog goed ziet aan de binnenplaats en de riante ontbijtzaal. De eenpersoonskamer die ik had was echt ruim en stijlvol van kleur en materiaal. En lekker hoog. Na prima geslapen te hebben was er een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.'
'Really fab location, just off grand canal and within a few streets of a main walkway through the area full of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The room we had was basic room and bathroom but that’s all we needed we were out all day. Lovely little outdoor area to sit and relax or read a book. Stella was very friendly and helpful. Would book again if ever back in Venice'

"4 stars is what this place deserved.
It’s an 2 star hotel and has a really nice location to dine at a non touristic restaurant(and thus more authentic food). The area cannaregio is the best for these type of places and has amazing seafood.
Hotel itself is okay, we had triple room with shared bathroom. Room was alright, a bit on the small side but I can’t imagine bigger rooms in Venice. We got towels(which I didn’t expect) and keys to the room and building. Everything was explained nice by a really staff member. She was really sweet and answered all our questions.
Shared bathroom was okay honestly I don’t prefer it but we and 1 other room were there when we was in Venice so we had no waiting lines.
Location is perfect for the food(as mentioned), walking (Venice is really walkable) and if you want to take the boat it’s 5min walk.
It’s everything you expect from a 2 star hotel, rooms is what you expect from older building and staff was really sweet!
