'Ik had een suite kamer geboekt maar er zat niet een strijkijzer in. Het was ook niet direct beschikbaar bij navragen. Uiteindelijk een stoomapparaatje gekregen dat niet goed strijkt. Dat viel tegen. Het ontbijt viel tegen en ook de ligging vond ik tegen vallen. Wel schoon hotel en dat vind ik heel belangrijk vandaar alsnog hele goedr scofe'

'Excellent stay over four nights. We booked on a whim during high season so we got a small room on the 4th floor. Very friendly and professional staff. Decent breakfast options. Only complaint was the very firm matress. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.'

'Property that is not to far from the metro station. Very clean and nice room, only thing that scared us was the mask that was on the wall but that is a general theme in Venice. Lady at the desk of arrival was very nice and helped us with some good food spots also the airconditioning worked very good in the room'

'Excellent property, staff were very friendly, place was clean, situated in a very quiet area away from all the crowds. Newly decorated, beds comfortable, nice bars on nearby canals for coffee or drinks. You will need to walk a bit to get to most attractions so bare that in mind, but a lovely stay.'

'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'

'Heerlijke overnachtingen gehad in dit hotel. Ruime kamer hadden we die goed schoon was. We werden netjes welkom geheten (eigenlijk bij elke binnenkomst). Enig nadeel is de ligging. De meeste bezienswaardigheden waren toch wel 20-30 minuten lopen. '

'Cute room with nice location. Small room that overlocked a narrow street but I know that and was happy to have a clean place with breakfast provided. Very helpful staff. Note that the marketing represents the property is air conditioned, but in fact they turn off the air conditioners during the winter season. I was informed I could open the window for the cooler air.
