« Hôtel plus que parfait!!! »

« Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy. »

« Great property! Everything was well set up and accurate with the listing. Incredible communication by the host before/during our stay. Great location and very happy with our stay! »

« This is a DULPEX not a house. We didn’t find out until host mentioned it in the check-in message and then we had to book another property that was actually a house last minute. The host has refused to refund cleaning and pet fees even though we never stayed at the property, so they just pocket these fees even though the cleaning services are not required. Would not recommend Pear Properties to anyone. »

« Nice quiet location close to a sweet coffee shop and bistro. Good communication. »

« Beautiful and comfortable place with space to park was perfect, would stay here again !! »

« Front desk of night time was not helpful a lot of attitude I waited called ring the bells for 15 min before she’s came to the reception »

« POSITIVE : Rooms are renovated and clean. Easy road access & free parking. Fast food restaurants nearby. NEGATIVE : Somewhat cold, uninterested, junior and apparently untrained front desk personnel. No kitchenette as shown on reservation site pictures. Very thin walls… Had to ask for housekeeping, fresh towels, extra coffee & coffee cups after two days. Shower water pressure is dismal & cold faucet water is almost as warm as its hot counterpart. »

« Ok »

« Le déjeuner etait très bon. Le personnel était tres attentionné et gentil. »

« Nice and clean. Good business stay. Personnel friendly. »

« Tout etait bien! »
