Ryokans in Kamikōchi

'A lovely, quiet inn with spacious, clean rooms in a super convenient location near bus stations and shops. A couple of unique highlights: you swap your shoes for indoor footwear at the entrance, and they only have three family onsens (two indoor, one outdoor) on a first-come, first-served basis. You have to wait outside if the onsen is occupied by another family. Overall, a very happy and enjoyable stay!"'

'Super leuke ervaring. Personeel is heel aardig. '

'all outdoor onsen not hot enough, we need to take shower inside the building and walk about 1-min to outside onsen. overall very old and need renovation.'

'Great old-style Ryokan with very friendly and helpful hosts in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Excellent Japanese breakfast as well as Japanised Western breakfast. Walking distance from the train and bus station. '

'I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The man running the place was helpful, and kind. He got up at 3am to help the people leaving for a mountain journey, everyday that I was there. He also did some praying around 5:30am, so if you're not ready for that it can be a bit surprising to wake up to lol. But overall it was lovely, and I will think of this place the next time I'm in Azumino. It is far out of town tho, so keep that in mind!'

Helemaal geweldig'
