'beautiful and peaceful retreat'

'We had a wonderful stay. We came for our mom's funeral and brought our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room to gather, cook and sleep. We were no y aware when we booked the home that it was directly across the street from the cemetery where we buried our mother and grandmother and great grandmother. This is a lovely home and we really enjoyed it'

'Our host upgraded to another property and it was wonderful! What a view.'

'This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way. '

'We had a wonderful time. Great, peaceful location, close enough to Bryce Canyon, but away from the crowds. Enjoyed seeing deer, a red fox and hawks in the big grass field, beside our own greeting party of alpacas and goats. Nicki, the farm dog, was a treat to play with. Super friendly community members. We rented a side by side for a day of 4 wheeling in the beautiful foothills. Thanks, Neilsen family for sharing with us.'

'Everything was setup nicely. A little baggy of treats for our kids to give to the goats in the morning was a very fun experience for them! A very quiet beautiful spot with great views from the front porch. '

'Kinda fun place out of town, quiet, great star gazing, Chickens and ducks roaming. '

'Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there.'

'Incredibly clean, lots of room, great extras (host provided a couple snacks; there were lots of extra blankets, fans, and games / puzzles). Prompt communication from the host. We would stay again!'

'We loved the stay in the big old house with lots of room. One night, we were able to host a dinner with about 10 people sitting around the pool table covered allowing us the sole opportunity to use the table. We did leave a note that the microwave worked the night we arrived but quit working the next day. So that will need to be addressed. Great stay!'

'The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast items were supplied in the refridgerator for the renter. We...
