'Nous avons passé une nuit à la Villa Sunset. Très beau studio, literie très confortable, terrasse et vue mer. Très bon accueil et excellente communication. A moins de 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Dubrovnik. Parking. Tout était parfait. A déconseiller aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher (beaucoup de marches).'

'You really need a car to stay at this property as it is up country lanes that taxis don’t like to go to so we struggled a bit getting around. It isn’t clear in the description that it is so far out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at apartment roza. The hosts are very accommodating and could not do enough for us. It is well equipped with everything you need.'

'I had not received check-in information, so I wrote the property two days before my check-in date. They responded that my reservation had been canceled!!! The reservation continued to be shown as "booked" on my Expedia itinerary through the date of my reservation. Unbelievable!!!'

'prima appartement voor een verblijf aan de prachtige kust in Zuid Kroatië. Volledig ingericht en regelmatig schone handdoeken en linnengoed. Terras met meubilair en alles zeer schoon en mooi onderhouden. Wifi werkte prima.Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaar. Attent en behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn. Vijf minuten (bergaf) wandelen van t centrum en zee en restaurant en supermarkt om de hoek. De bus naar Dubrovnik stopt voor de deur. Als je rust en stilte wilt is de locatie wellicht niet...

'This is a beautiful little flat very close to the heart of Old Town. Quite easy to get to from any of the city gates. Communication was very prompt and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Dubrovnik!'

'Our 3 nights in Cavtat were excellent, but a drive and parking charges were necessary to visit Dubrovnik. The apartment was close to shops and restaurants, parking was included, and the view from the terrace was spectacular! We would come back for sure! Heather and Carl'

'There is construction now into summer 2026 in the plaza shown in photos outside of the front of the building. Very loud and it starts early. We weren't made aware of this prior to check-in although it was known, that didn't feel great. Good location and safe otherwise.'
