'We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking. Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times. '
