Trailhead Childrens Museum

We were surprised that there is no air conditioning in the rooms at this hotel. It was hot during the day times and we had to work hard to keep the room tolerable by using the darkening shades and keeping the window closed. We even opened our room door to bring some AC in from the hallway at times. The cleanliness is questionable. Often, items were dropped in the hallway on the floor and wouldn’t be cleaned up for over 24 hours. We also had a dirty towel that was left from guests before us in our bathroom hung on the shower curtain rod. The water fountain had a filter that showed “red” meaning it needed to be changed out. The pool towels from the previous day were still in the workout room the next morning. It appears attention to details is not priority at this hotel.
