'Superb all round -Cleanliness 100% and facilities -Everything you need -With a Dog its great as there 2 walking parks just 20 meters left and right of the house and a 20 minute walk or mins by car the choice of 2 beaches --security with secure surround on the Patio also --There is a dog agilty park 5 mins also however i suggest using when empty as Locals quite rightly meet a couple of times a day with a few dogs --but how nice to have this --you listening Local Uk Councils ? 'We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. 'Nos hemos alojado yo y mi familia, junto con nuestra perrita, la ubicación es ideal, zona tranquila incluso en agosto, comercios y restaurantes cerca, y el paseo marítimo justo en la misma calle, la piscina estaba bien y sin aglomeraciones, y la casa estaba bastante bien, todas las estancias ideales y todo funcionaba bien! Nos costó encontrarlo ya que faltó el número de la casa pero el dueño respondió enseguida a la llamada, como puntuación le recomendaría al dueño que comunicase al responsable...

'Ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers, complete keuken, groot balkon, vlakbij de zee. Het zwembad was nog niet open, jammer, ook geen ligbedden. Iedere dag schoonmaak en handdoeken. Vriendelijke man bij receptie, de appartementen zijn verspreidt over verschillende blokken. We hadden er eerst 1 aan een drukke weg, kregen na een paar dagen een heerljjk rustige, geen probleem!'
