'The apartment was very lovely with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the long dining tables for group meals and socializing. Minor issue with one of the a/c units but the owner was there to help. Kitchen was great, lots of dishes etc and all appliances worked. I would recommend this unit to any family needing lots of room. A great, safe area as well. '

'Lovely apartment, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Antonio is a great host, he met us at the apartment, and was very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.A good location to visit the city, however the big downside is a lot of noise, both from other residents in the building and from the street, which goes on well into the night and starts up very early morning. 'We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. 'Very friendly welcome. Nice touches like water in the fridge and tea bags etc. Well appointed and quiet. Convenient flat about 20min walk from central station. Short walk to old town etc. Nice sunny small balcony. Easy and responsive host for communication. '

'Proche du centre historique. Logement avec peu de fenetre, a part des lucarnes dans la chambre (partiellement caché par des stores) et dans salle de bain. Propreté limite (odeur desagreable, et cafard). Store cassé, verre dépareillé. Heureusement il est proche de tout, avec les conseil de l hote pour les restaurants, c est les seuls points positif. '

The added benefit of the penthouse allows a peaceful/private relaxation in the sun. The new outdoor furniture was also a lovely addition.
