« I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...

« This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. « Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. »
