'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'

'I was first hesitant to book this hotel based on some reviews. I'm glad I had given it a try though. I will book this hotel again. Incredibly friendly staff. Comfortable beds. It has an arcade and a pool which scored extra points with the kids. The hotel is located close to the river and amazing restaurants, and more playgrounds for the kids. Also, shopping and Tim Hortons right across the road. We didn't mind the noise from the nearby trains. Some reviews mentioned a smell because the hotel...

'Excellent property! Right on the Okanagan with a variety of activities to choose from. The grounds are well kept, clean, and cared for. The daily wine tasting in the main lobby made for a great experience. Staff were pleasant, property was a 10 minute walk from downtown Kelowna, if you don’t feel like walking there are bikes to rent. Highly recommend. '

'The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Although the building itself looks older, the room was clean, looks like it was renovated. Everything worked. The breakfast area was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always on stand by. I liked that it's a small establishment so it feels that everything is taken care of. Will recommend to others and try book there again, when visiting Kelowna.'
