'We stayed at Howells Mere for a birthday weekend with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend, the weather, the property and the company were all fantastic. The house was lovely and spacious, well equipped and had fantastic views over the lake to watch the sunset. Orion holidays were fantastic throughout the entire process.'

'This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. 'On a positive the size of accommodation suited our multi-generational family, it was well equipped and comfortable. The facilities at Mill Estate were good. I was very impressed with communication from Orion, administratively everything was very smooth. Just a couple of niggles which I mention constructively for improvement; outside of the entrance door was overgrown with spikey, stingy foliage which look unkempt in relation to other properties in the vicinity, our 4yr old got prickled!...

'We had a great weekend at 26 Howells mere. The accommodation was lovely, we particularly liked the large living area on the middle floor. The kitchen was very well equipped.The location is great for walking and running. The on site pool was very clean and great for all the family. The riffle shooting locally I would also recommend.'
