PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING. Me and my family were going to be in town for a concert and booked this stay. I should have maybe know better before fully pressing that booking button. The check in process I had to ask for because the email that included the “check in instructions “ had none and that already was sketchy enough. However the property manager had responded with at least letting us know the address and information on the cleaning crew to advise them on our arrival. We get to the location of course my first thought was that it was in a bad location, like not a safe neighborhood. That was fine. We pull up to the house and immediately realize the front lawn is trashed and the trash can was overflowing. Maybe they had missed trash day, we could’ve gotten over that. when we walk into the house the fan in the living room doesn’t work and the home is HOT. We check the a/c and it’s reading 80. Once again something we could have gotten over. And maybe not because the outside in 93 degree heat felt nicer than inside. The walls were dirty like EVERY WALL IN THE HOME was some how dirty in every room which was odd if you have a cleaning crew why are ALL of the walls dirty. We looked at the towels mine was stained. We checked for bed bugs and uncovering the mattress there were stains. Later we realized that every smoke alarm had been taken off. Everything all at once especially for something guests are spending hard earned money on is not acceptable we ended up going home.
