« Room was nice enough, but it was very hot in the city and I was put in a room with only a fan and could not open the windows for any ventilation, so it was unbearably hot. When I asked the property about this, they said they would send somebody to open the windows. I arrived back at the room that evening to find that nothing had changed, only that the curtains had been left open for the entire sunny afternoon, so the room was even hotter than when I left that morning. « Family trip (six adults) using both units 1 and 2. Worked well for our group and appreciated the space and comforts. Reminder this is a "walk-up" - Functional kitchen and living space allowed us nice family time. Easy to work with hosts who checked in with us to ensure all was good. Certainly, close to all the activities and city amenities in the area- and to transportation. Can be busy street on weekends so plan accordingly. Thank you London Team for a nice experience. »

« Location of this place is awesome, excellent food, drink and, breakfast near by. Walking close to three Underground stations and lots of busses. Close to great shopping. Close to the Thames. Tastefully remodeled. The only thing is that the alley is a spot on walking tours so sometimes you get back or come out and they'll be a dozen people standing there gawking at your door. Which is a bit awkward (all the Harry Potter fans that visit are a bit much). But all easily overlooked based on how nice...
