Mar-Y-Sol. Sea and Sun. Enjoy both from the many decks. Well maintained with a private pool, floating dock and fish sink. The house backs up to a canal. Upstairs loft has a day bed with trundle for extra accommodations. Open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in great room, well-equipped kitchen, many Smart TVs, super fast WiFi, Alexa-enabled music, Jacuzzi bathtub, W/D, hot water outdoor shower, lots of outdoor furniture. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor each have their own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Water views from every room!! Great beach access. Bring your family and enjoy!!! Bed linens and towel sets are provided.

Great house

Love this house we have stayed in it back in 2017. The pool is great and the location to the beach is amazing. We definitely love the opportunity to stay here as we go to Holden beach every summer.

Great Location and Everything You Need

Communication with host was excellent, great location to beach access and canal. Plenty of room for everyone to have space, kitchen had everything you could need, we have stayed at many different places in Holden and this was by far the most accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, mainly because our host checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had a great experience.

It was just as promised. Close beach access, comfy living space, clean and nice and cool. The weather cooperated with us, so we got to use the pool every day. Holden beach is an annual tradition- this year was great!

We enjoyed our stay, nice home, loved the pool! Enjoyed the views of the canal and beach. Loved the walks on the beach, and down the street. Enjoyed the search for sharks teeth! The host was very responsive and punctual!

Great location and amenities

This was the perfect property for a family on vacation. Pool, beach across the street and on the canal with a dock…what more could you ask for. Highly maintained with well appointed kitchen and welcome bag! Tons of entertainment channels for both kids and adults, this house had everything we needed. Had a great stay and Holden Beach is a great family location!

What a super vacation property!

The rental process was smooth as well as any other communication with the owner. Very clean and well furnished property. Loved the pool and the dock. Only about a 5 min walk and you are on the beach. Definitely recommend!!!

Our Easter Break

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Sol. The house had plenty of space, and then some with lots of water views. Close to beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was even a welcome bag with a starter kit of essentials. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Holden Beach at Marysol. Al was great with responsiveness if we needed to contact him. The house was in a great location just a few blocks to the pier. The property was clean, well stocked, and the pool was a hit with the kids and adults when we decided not to go to the beach. Beach access to the right of the home was a short walk. We will definitely be back.

Great time had by all

The place was very clean and neat. Very well stocked. Grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone enjoyed the pool. Walk to beach access was a bit challenging with children. Would recommend to guests, a beach cart/wagon that would make it much easier.

Great view, private pool and easy access to beach and inlet

The host was very accommodating and provided excellent directions to make it easy to get into the house after a long drive. There is plenty of room to sprawl out in the house. The view from the crow's nest is awesome. The pool was great, and the access to the inlet was a welcome surprise.

Amazing home with great views of both the intercostal waterway and the ocean across the street. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had a slight problem with the pools heater not working but owner was responsive and issued a refund for the inconvienence. Would stay here again.

Our family loved the interactive games! Our kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and there was even a driving race car game that the kids loved! The hot tub was so relaxing day and night. The best part is the location and spectacular Mountain Views! The three decks allowed us to enjoy the views while making a family meal, playing pool, from our bed, and from the hot tub! Second time at this place and won't be the last. Everything is as advertised. Had an issue with the dryer and it was fixed in less than 24hrs. Al is a great host, we look forward to next summer.

Property photos are accurate but the property needs some updates to the bathrooms, kitchen and furniture. There were issues with bugs and the upstairs toilet that were brought to the owners attention. Property is close to the beach and the pool was great.

Great amenities and very well equipped

The owner has thought of everything in equipping the house. Location is great. Right near public access to the beach (check this before renting anything but oceanfront in Holden Beach). The pool was so welcoming, many days we didn't make it to the beach. There are not many restaurants in Holden Beach, but it is centrally located between Southport and Little River/Shallotte/North Myrtle Beach, which gives you all the variety those places have to offer.
