This beautiful home has three fully covered porches, and one open deck for extended outdoor living. Inside this beautifully appointed inverted home are 5 bedrooms, 5 full ensuite bathrooms, dining seating for a dozen, and an electric fireplace. Flat-screen TV's with streaming in every bedroom and large 75" Smart TV in the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked including a crockpot, steamer pot, wine refrigerator, and keurig duo coffee maker (k-cup pods and carafe for ground coffee).

Outside enjoy multiple sitting areas, an extended pool decking, an enclosed pool fence with tables, a sofa, chaise loungers, a putting green, cornhole, gas grill, hammocks, and an enclosed outdoor shower.

As this is the owners 2nd home, they visit and make frequent upgrades. New exterior paint in 2024. The pool resurfaced in 2023 with a stucco quartz gem finish, updated flooring was installed in bedrooms and common areas in 2022. New artwork and lighting fixtures too.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow posted elevator rules.
