i book for 2 days for a conference, when i decided staying for 1 more night i purchase a smaller room, when i informed them that i’m staying for 1 more night. they give me an upgrade to a much bigger room. that was the last weekend of july. it was a very pleasant surprise. I am grateful! I have a plan of going back to Phoenix soon with my family, and i want them to experience what i have. so i’m booking with them again. I lost my eyeglasses i beleive i left it in my room. i figure it out when i got to the airport i call them to check if they find it. i did got a call back.
