'This hotel has the wow-factor. The outside, the lobby, and the room! It’s all still completely in style. Our receptionist gave excellent advice about the scenic route to take to Gila, and other stuff to do in town. Would definitely recommend staying here. Shower is hot, pressure is good. Breakfast is basic but sufficient choice, and no problem to take it with you instead of eating there. '

'Room was clean. Curtain was unhooked and didn’t close properly. Needs to be reattached. Desk chair was dusty. Bathroom was clean. Room was comfortable. Beds pillows temperature excellent. Very pleased with everything. '

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'Pet free room is truly pet free. I have asthma, and if a dog or cat had been in room, I would have had a bronchial asthma attack, and needed urgent care. As it is, the room is clean and healthy for me. Suggest you have a “no pets” policy, and definitely confine pets to bottom floor.'
