'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'We booked two rooms for our most recent stay at this hotel, which is our "go to" when we're in London. The staff were very courteous, house cleaning was fine, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We were also able to get early check-in for one of the rooms which was really helpful given that we had a mid-afternoon funeral visitation on the first day of our stay. No complaints!'
