« The staff always takes care of us. The keepers lounge is a favorite, Stefan and Michael will attend to your every need, and Stefan is quite the mixologist! »

« We had to leave aftre one night, found evidence of bedbugs including bedbug feces and a live bedbug. »

« Great place, great location. No, you can't hear the Interstate when you're inside and trying to sleep. Inside of the home is nice updated and very clean. Loved the king-size beds. »

One morning at 6am loud yelling, banging and other noises throughout the house. « Very nice house. Comfortable »

« Great location. Host is wonderful at communication throughout the stay »

« Such an easy stay. Did a little cooking and some laundry. Nice and cool in the middle of the summer. Very responsive host. »

« Our family enjoyed this house in a nice, safe, and conveniently located neighborhood. Our family and dogs had plenty of space for the week that we stayed. »

« Centrally located and very responsive owners. »

« Terrible customer service from the young man at the front desk when I checked in at 4:30 pm on a friday. The room he gave me had a mini-fridge that did not work. This was a one week stay and i needed a fridge for a few groceries. He switched me to a different room - it was 82 degrees inside it and the A/C was broken. Now one hour in and still not unpacked, he had no solution other than to pick one of the rooms "and we will have maintenance see what they can tomorrow". I mentioned the obvious...

« Très bien. Bel hôtel et très bien situé. »

« Le servi e »

« We were only able to stay one night due to the location. Was to far from where we needed to be for our business trip »
