« Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of. »

« It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay. »

« Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site. »

« The house is great, easy location, has everything you need and comfortable beds. Door was a little annoying to work with but other wise it was great. I'm a big cook and the kitchen had everything you could need but limited at the same time. Just if you plan on doing any cook. Seth is great and responds in a timely manner to any questions and making sure we got into the house, thank you Seth! »

« This property was close to the stadiums and options for eating. There is a nice park at the end of the block. We were able to bring out dog which was a plus for our travel and stay.You need to park in the back of the home in the garage if your vehicle fits or on the street. The street was busy/full of parked cars. The home was not the cleanest place we have stayed. « My family and I really enjoyed our stay.The place was very clean, and well organized. We had everything we need. We brought our dogs and they too enjoyed their stay. This little home looks small, but the beds are huge and livingroom accomidated our family of 4. Also loved how quite it was on the street.The host left very easy to read instructions and communicated often.If we ever need a place to stay again we will try and book this one. »

« Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there. »

« The house was nice and clean. No need to bring any toilet paper or towels. I would of liked to have railing on all outside steps. I had to find a door I could get in with out steps, The side door worked, No steps to climb. I could tell no one used the side door it was dirty and dusty and had cob-weds, I am glad it worked for me. No main floor bathroom. Climb more steps to get to the bathroom. « We were delayed traveling, so arrived a day late to find that there was no lights in no air-conditioning. When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. Updating was a weird word in this situation because the only thing we had heard previously is how excited they were to host us and they provided all of the entry information already. « All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again! »

« Just a place to lay your head. Don’t expect any amenities. Bring everything you would need in your own kitchen and bath because nothing is supplied. Not a sponge or a replacement trash bag even. Dirty floors especially the air vents. Be warned the washer and dryer are in an ancient filthy basement. Guess you get what you pay for. »
