Séjournez dans nos appartements de vacances à Sud-est de Birgmingham

« We loved our stay! The amenities are way more than listed. The properties sponsored events that we got to participate. The Balcony was so nice to sit on and have morning coffee. Just one note the Apartment is a small walk from parking garage so rolling luggage is a plus. Very pet and family friendly. Easy drive to UAB which is why we needed it. Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« As advertised. Great value and people were great! »

« The unit is very clean, beds are comfortable and the pool area is wonderful! »

« Absolutely awful! Looking for a full refund! I didnt stay one minute there. Very first problem, they could not accommodate the paid in advance reservation! I had 3 adults and reserved a room w two beds. When we tried to check in at 5 (check in starts at 4).. they had already given our Reserved room to someone else. No King rooms at all, only thing left one queen bed! THEN, on top of all that, they wanted More Money!...that was not on the hotels page. I checked about the deposit and fees, none....

« no one was there to check me in and give me my key. I had to go the hotel next door. The clerk there told me it happens a lot at studio six »

« Die Wood Springs Suites Birmingham Pelham eignen sich gut für Arbeitsteams, die sich nur kurzzeitig in der Gegend aufhalten müssen. »

« Die Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants und Lokale in der Nähe, gute Anbindung an die Autobahn, angemessene Preise und gute Privatsphäre. »

« Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

« The property was fine. The baseboards were very dusty throughout the apartment but most especially in the bathroom where they were covered in dust and body hair. There were no towels to be found in the bathroom. I eventually found them in the dryer. The address given could specify the apartment number also. I feel like a had to do lots of communication (which was very easy and effective) with the owner to get the info I needed to check in. »

« The host was very accommodating to our requests. Room was great and as described. Quiet setting close to everything. Definitely highly recommend if you are in downtown Birmingham. Close to UAB for convenience. »

« Made the reservation and paid through Vrbo, arrived to check-in and was said that they were at capacity and had to refund our money. The booking was on 10/10 and we still have yet to receive our money back . Booked through Vrbo, but was told the link made it book through a third-party, which is not what we thought when we were using Vrbo. Apparently the property was sold and no one knows where the money is. This has been the worst experience. I would be leery of booking any kind of hotels...

« The room apt was clean with parking directly outside the door. Quiet area with a small park to walk in really close. Great stay with so much close by. The host was gracious and in constant contact. Communication is important and we had that. Enjoyable stay. »

« Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were only about 20 minutes to downtown Birmingham. Great little place for a quick get away. Thank you! »

« Absolutely fantastic stay. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a cabin in the woods or a place in the city. This is a little bit of both; in the city but as quiet as being in the woods. A 5 minute drive down the mountain to all the best restaurants. A shout out to Bamboo on 2nd for the best sushi in town. I grew up in Birmingham so I’m very familiar with the area. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The accommodations are top of the line. I have not slept so well in a long time....

« Very centrally located and a great apartment. The host was very communicative and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. »

« Quiet location, 15 minutes from UAB. Free parking. Short drive to Publix store. We appreciated good communication with the owner and as a bonus the first place we've stayed that had soft toilet paper! »
