'We spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of five adults in Sacramento for a family celebration. The house is located in a lovely residential community with quick access to midtown Sacramento and Land Park. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard and patio, filled with fruit trees (the grapefruit were ripe and delicious). Most of all we appreciated Ryker's responsiveness to our questions and requests. We had an exceptional time and would recommend this...

'The home was beautiful and very unique. The common areas like kitchen, dining and living areas were wonderful. It would have been nice to have access to a nicer outdoor space especially since it was the only way to get to the parking space. But overall, it was lovely.'

'We had a great stay! We did not get to stay at this house due to a plumbing issue but the owner was quick to communicate and move us to another place. Overall we had a great time and it's close to lots of stores. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. '

'Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! '
