It is an old, tired, dreary and run down ‘renovated’ tenament building, The sink drain didn’t work, the walls were stained and the mini fridge turned out not to be working with spoiled food in the morning. 'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '
